Criteria for participation: University degree in medicine, dentistry, nursing, or Master’s degree in other fields and/or postgraduate research fellows (PhD students and research-year medical students).

Aim: To introduce and work with project management tools useful during and after a PhD

Learning outcomes: At the end of the course, you should have strengthened your project management skills in order to better control and plan your project and PhD-education with respect to deliverables, milestones and schedules.

Content: The course will cover: Project management, managing your supervisors and other important relations, networking and how to chair meetings.

The course corresponds to module 2 of the PhD course “The Talented Researcher”

Time and date: 30 September and 1 October 2020 from 8.30 - 16:00

After 1 October 2020 you will meet one hour in a triad group discussion at the university. Furthermore, you will have a supervisor meeting on the last course day where your supervisor will be invited to join us from 14:30 – 15:30.
