Course description
This workshop focuses on how your strengths, competences, motivations and values can shape your work life during and after the PhD. Through structured reflection and test tools, you will identify and articulate these elements and consider how they relate to your work life.
Aim/Learning outcomes
The aim is to give you a clearer basis for making choices, help you strengthen your profile, engage with opportunities within and beyond academia, and create a professional life that reflects what matters most to you.
