The course C327/ How to Secure Funding for Your Research is being offered by the Graduate School of Health, Aarhus University, 2025.
Criteria for participation: University degree in medicine, dentistry, nursing, or Master’s degree in other fields and/or postgraduate research fellows (PhD students and research-year medical students).

Aim: This course aims to assist and support in navigating the application process for both small and large grant applications - a task that can be particularly challenging for PhD- and research year students.
Learning outcomes: At the end of this course, participants will have an improved understanding of securing funding for their research. Participants have strengthened their skills within the following themes:
- Clarity and Conciseness
- Alignment with Funder's Objectives
- Impact and Outcomes
- Budget Transparency
- Compelling Narrative
Workload: The full workload of the course is expected to be 10 hours
Content: The course includes both teaching and practical exercises.

- The project
- The budget
- The recommendations
- The internal, including institutional review
