About signing up
Once you have submitted your abstract, you are automatically signed up for participation in the PhD Day. The PhD Day is a mandatory part of the PhD programme at Health. All PhD students must participate in PhD Day at least twice during their enrolment period.
If you are not presenting your abstract during the day or being co-chair, you should NOT sign up. You can just show up on the day and you are most welcome to do so.
If you attend the PhD workshop “Fill Up Your Toolbox for Future Commercial Research Collaboration”, you will get a separate diploma for workshop attendance.
About registration
The PhD Day is only for internal PhD students and research year students at Health. Students from other faculties will not be allocated a place for this course. If you wish to withdraw from the course or have further questions, please contact graduateschoolhealth@au.dk.
You submit an abstract describing either the results obtained or (for those who have only just started) describing the project. The abstracts will be presented in an online abstract book.
Students participating in the PhD Workshop "Fill Up Your Toolbox for Future Commercial Research Collaborations" on 15 and 16 January 2025 should not submit an abstract. The pitch at the workshop count as your registration for PhD Day 2025 and substitutes your abstract submission.
